School Reports Once again the teachers have been busy writing school reports for the Junior school and will be sent home this week.

Over a year all children will receive 2 reports;
Junior school in years 1-3 (Rooms 1,2,3)
One, a Progress report which is about working towards national standards, is sent home at the end of 6 months, 18 months, and 30 months of school followed by a meeting/interview with your child's teacher. The other report is called an Anniversary report. This report is sent at the end of a 12 months learning and is reporting to the national standards. The report is also followed by a meeting/interview with the teacher.
Senior children in years 4-6 (Rooms 6,7,9)
One, a Progress report will be written by their teachers and sent home towards the end of term 2 followed by meeting/interview with teachers. The other report called an Achievement report will go home at the end of the year followed by a meeting/interview. I know that this is a lot of information so if you have any questions about our reporting system please come and talk to your classroom teacher or one of the school leaders; Myself, Michelle or Whaea Lynda.
